With Woolworths Direct to Boot, there’s no need to leave your car – the team will bring your groceries to you!

How it works…
1. Place your order online, or through the Woolworths app.
2. Choose when you want to collect.
3. Notify Woolworths when you’re on your way.
*Woolworths will SMS you when your order is ready. All you have to do is let them know when you’re 15 minutes away, or alternatively, tap ‘I’ve arrived’ on the Woolworths App when you are waiting in one of the DTB car bays.
Don’t forget to bring your ID and order number with you. Your personal shopper needs confirmation before they can place your groceries in the boot of your car.
Where do I collect my order from?
The dedicated ‘Direct to Boot’ parking is located behind Woolworths. Please enter off Darcy Street and follow the one way signage through the Woolworths Direct to Boot drive through area.
When will my order be ready?
Your order will be ready waiting for you at your selected Direct to Boot time.
If you’re running a little bit late, don’t worry, when you’re on your way, just let the Woolworths team know by using the Woolworths App, or via the link in your SMS, so we can know when to expect you. If you don’t think you’ll be able to pick up your order for the day you selected, please contact Woolworths and one of their Team Members will be able to assist you.
How much does it cost?
All Direct to Boot orders are FREE of service fees. A minimum spend of $50 is required and bag fees are not included.
How will my order be packed?
You can choose to have your Direct to Boot order packed into our paper bags made from 70% recycled paper, reusable plastic bags made from at least 80% recycled plastic, or placed into a trolley for you to repack into your own reusable bags.
